I faced an issue with a component that I purchased from Draaft.

I can’t express enough how perfectly this fits my Aeroad. It’s an engineering feat. The attaching edge of the mount is cut at a precise angle that when mounted to the seat post, my light is exactly perpendicularly vertical. All screws are the correct length and screw in smoothly. I couldn’t be more happy.

Another thing to mention is Luke is great to work with. I had an issue with shipping to Hawaii, but he worked with me to resolve the issue to my satisfaction.

The shoe hooks look amazing and so minimal! They were a gift for my cycling obsessed boyfriend and he loves them. Highly recommend. Plus the owner was helpful with my order and quick to respond and accommodate my request :-)

Bought this first generation of the magsafe charger draaft mount but unfortunately it turned out to not be compatible with my earlier model (non-braided cable) apple charger, it was marginally too small to fit the charger puck. After emailing Luke, he responded quickly to say that he had just become aware of the problem and immediately offered to send out a newer updated version that would be compatible. This arrived today and now works perfectly.

Unfortunately, Maggie is not up for the job. The MagSafe is not strong enough. The slightest touch and my phone falls off.
Maggie is great in principle but not in delivery.

it’s a great product for magnet just isn’t strong enough within seconds of using it. My phone fell off. That’s a shame because I can’t use it anymore. My phone just won’t stay on.
