Shipping Policy
Draaft products are designed in the UK and manufactured in partnership with UK production specialists. All orders are dispatched from the UK.
Processing time
Orders are dispatched within 1-3 working days of being placed.
Orders placed after 13:00 on Thursday, or on Friday and over the weekend, are usually dispatched the following Tuesday however we will do our best to get these packed up earlier where possible - we are a small team with limited operational hours.
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been packed and is ready for collection. Usually, any dispatch notifications after 6PM UK time will be collected the following business day.
Fulfilment
Most products are dispatched directly by Draaft via Royal Mail. Maggie 2.0 is fulfilled by our external fulfilment partner and shipped using their carrier services. Tracking is provided for all services. We are slowly moving our order fulfilment process externally to speed up shipment times.
UK orders
All UK orders ship via Royal Mail Tracked.

Tracking links are sent by email once your order is dispatched. Please allow time for the parcel to appear in Royal Mail's tracking system after collection.
EU orders
We ship to selected EU countries via Royal Mail International Tracked.
Cost: £9.99
Estimated delivery: 7-15 working days, depending on destination and customs processing.
VAT and import charges
For EU orders up to €150, VAT is collected at checkout via our IOSS registration. You should not be charged again on delivery.
For EU orders over €150, your local customs authority or carrier may collect import VAT, duties and handling fees on arrival. These charges are set by your country and are the customer's responsibility.

US orders
We ship to the US via Royal Mail International Tracked.
Cost: £9.99
Estimated delivery: 7-15 working days, depending on destination and customs processing.
US import duty
Following US tariff rule changes in August 2025, US Customs may assess import duty on arrival, including for parcels under USD 800. Any duty charges are the customer's responsibility and are paid directly to USPS or US Customs at delivery.

Delivery times
All delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Occasionally orders take longer than expected, particularly at peak times or where customs processing is delayed.
An order is classified as lost only after 10 working days beyond the estimated delivery date. Once classified as lost, we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
Refused parcels
If an international parcel is refused at delivery - for example, due to customs charges - it will be returned to us by the carrier using an international economy service. This return journey can take 4-8 weeks and is not always tracked.
Once the parcel is returned to us, we'll refund the order amount less the original shipping cost. If a refused parcel is lost during the return journey, we're unable to issue a refund.
Wrong addresses
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we'll contact you to arrange re-delivery. Re-delivery costs are the customer's responsibility.
