Shipping Policy
Draaft products are designed in the UK and manufactured in partnership with UK production specialists. All orders are dispatched from the UK.
Dispatch times
Orders placed before 12 noon UK time, Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same working day. After 12 noon, UK orders are dispatched within 24 hours and international orders within 48 hours.
We do not dispatch at weekends or on English public holidays, so an order placed on Friday afternoon goes out on Monday.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order has been dispatched. Please allow a little time for the parcel to appear in the carrier's tracking system after collection.
UK orders
Royal Mail Tracked 48 (Standard): £3.99, usually 2 to 3 working days after dispatch
Royal Mail Tracked 24 (Express): £4.99, aims to arrive the next working day after dispatch
Free standard delivery on orders over £30
EU orders
A flat £9.99, tracked, usually 3 to 7 working days after dispatch.
VAT at your national rate is collected at checkout under our IOSS registration and shown as its own line, so it is not charged again on delivery.
Since 1 July 2026 the EU also charges a flat customs duty of €3 for each type of product on goods arriving from outside the EU, replacing the old duty-free allowance on parcels under €150. For most EU countries we pay this in advance and it appears as a "Duties" line at checkout, so there is nothing to pay on delivery.
For Belgium, Czech Republic, Slovenia, Hungary, Poland, Croatia, Greece, Latvia, Lithuania and Romania we are not able to prepay it. Your national postal service will collect the €3 plus a small handling fee when they deliver, typically €3 to €9 in total. The full country list is on our Shipping, duties and taxes page.
United States and Canada
A flat £9.99, tracked, usually 6 to 10 working days after dispatch.
The US has ended its duty-free allowance for small parcels, so every item arriving from the UK now carries import duty. We pay that duty in advance before your parcel leaves the UK, so there is no customs bill and no brokerage fee on delivery. Sales tax, where your state charges it, is shown at checkout.
Rest of world
A flat £9.99, tracked, usually 7 to 14 working days after dispatch.
We are not able to prepay import charges outside the UK, the EU, the US and Canada. Any duty or tax your country applies is collected by your customs authority or postal service before delivery, along with any handling fee they charge. Those amounts are set by your government, not by us, and are the customer's responsibility.

Delivery times
All delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Orders occasionally take longer than expected, particularly at peak times or where customs processing is delayed.
An order is classified as lost only after 10 working days beyond the estimated delivery date. Once classified as lost, we will arrange a replacement or a refund.
Refused parcels
If an international parcel is refused at delivery, for example because of import charges, the carrier returns it to us on an international economy service. That return journey can take 4 to 8 weeks and is not always tracked.
Once the parcel reaches us we will refund the order amount less the original shipping cost. If a refused parcel is lost on its return journey we are unable to issue a refund.
Wrong addresses
Please check your delivery address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Re-delivery costs are the customer's responsibility.
