Terms and Conditions for the Maggie 2.0, Zwift Membership and Styrkr Bundle BFCM 2025 Giveaway.

By taking part in this promotion (the Giveaway), you accept the following rules.

1. Promoter
This Giveaway is organised by Draaft Ltd, registered in the United Kingdom.

2. Who Can Enter
The Giveaway is open to people living in the United Kingdom who are at least 18 years old.
Anyone employed by Draaft Ltd, along with their immediate family members, partners, agents or anyone directly involved with this promotion, cannot enter.
A working internet connection and email address are required.

3. How to Enter
Submit your details through the entry form provided.
Your details count as one entry into the Giveaway.
Only one entry per person is allowed. Attempts to enter more than once, including automated entries, will not be counted.

4. What You Can Win
One winner will receive the following:
• One Maggie 2.0 phone mount
• Three months of Zwift access
• One Styrkr Best Sellers Bundle

An additional three winners who participated on our Instagram Post by following Draaft.co.uk's Instagram account and tagging three friends will receive one Maggie 2.0 each.

There are no cash alternatives. Prizes cannot be swapped or exchanged for different items.

5. Prize Fulfilment
The winner will be contacted via email and asked to confirm the details needed to arrange delivery.
Items may be delivered separately depending on each supplier’s process.
It is the winner’s responsibility to ensure their email information is correct. The Promoter cannot take responsibility for messages that go missing or are not delivered.

6. Zwift Access
The winner will receive three months of Zwift access as part of the prize.
The method of fulfilment may vary depending on the most suitable option available at the time. This may include a prepaid digital code, reimbursement of an equivalent subscription period, or account credit arranged by the Promoter.
No matter the method used, the winner will receive the full value of three months of Zwift access.
Any continued membership after the initial period will be the winner’s responsibility.
This part of the prize cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.

7. Selection of Winner
All valid entries received before the closing time will be placed into a random draw.
The winner will be contacted within seven days of the Giveaway ending.
If the winner does not reply within fourteen days, the Promoter may select a new winner.

8. Giveaway Dates
The Giveaway begins on 13th November and closes on 20th November at 23.59 PM GMT.
Entries received after the deadline will not be included.

9. Prize Conditions
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged.
No returns or replacements will be offered unless an item arrives defective.
Unless the winner objects, the promoter (Draaft) will publish the winner’s surname and county (or equivalent) on this webpage and via email or make them available on request.

10. Health and Safety
The winner is responsible for ensuring they can safely use all items included in the prize.
Anyone with allergies, intolerances or medical concerns should seek professional advice before using any nutritional items within the Styrkr bundle.
The Promoter is not responsible for any issues arising from misuse or unsuitable use of the prize items.

11. Use of Personal Data
By entering, you agree that your personal information may be used for the purpose of running and administering the Giveaway.
Your details will be handled in line with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
Information will only be shared when required to fulfil the prize.

12. Marketing Consent
By entering, you agree to receive product updates, promotional content and news from Draaft Ltd.
You can unsubscribe at any time using the link found in each email.

13. Responsibility and Liability
Entrants agree to release the Promoter from responsibility for any loss, damage or technical issues connected to entering or using the prize.
The Promoter is not responsible for internet or email issues, delays or failures.

14. Changes to the Giveaway
The Promoter may pause, amend or cancel the Giveaway if necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.
Taking part in the Giveaway means you agree to all conditions listed here.

15. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled through the courts of England and Wales.

16. Social Media Notice
This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Meta Platforms. Facebook and Instagram have no involvement.
